This is neat.

Amazing political commercial

Wow. This is really something.

(Why am I into American politics?...I have no clue about my own country's politics. It's a bit strange.)

Most annoying catch phrase of all time...?

Adblock

The show ran 13 episodes and Link uttered the annoying catchphrase 30 times.

Almost as bad as F-Dawg's, "That's tantamount to apostacy!" catchphrase...

What kind of funny are you?

the Wit

(52% dark, 38% spontaneous, 36% vulgar)

your humor style:
CLEAN | COMPLEX | DARK

You like things edgy, subtle, and smart. I guess that means you're probably an intellectual, but don't take that to mean pretentious. You realize 'dumb' can be witty--after all isn't that the Simpsons' philosophy?--but rudeness for its own sake, 'gross-out' humor and most other things found in a fraternity leave you totally flat.

I guess you just have a more cerebral approach than most. You have the perfect mindset for a joke writer or staff writer.

Your sense of humor takes the most thought to appreciate, but it's also the best, in my opinion.

You probably loved the Office. If you don't know what I'm
talking about, check it out here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/comedy/theoffice/.

Too much good TV

This new season of TV is actually quite good with shows like Studio 60, Dexter and (the lowly rated) Friday Night Lights proving to be totally entertaining.

But Thursday night has gotten ridiculous - Here are the shows I want to watch on Thursday:

The Office

Shark

Laguna beach (Yes I watch girlie shows.)

Survivor

Ugly betty (See my comment re: Laguna Beach)

The Ultimate Fighter (Reclaiming some of my masculinity.)

Extras (Ricky Gervais' new show)

Not enough time in the day.

More on the Moron

So, if you read my post yesterday, you'll realize that I (along with almost everyone else in the world) thinks Republican Congressman Mark Foley is a world class douchebag.

Now this:

Commenting on Clinton's infidelity, "It's vile," said Rep. Mark Foley, R-West Palm Beach. "It's more sad than anything else, to see someone with such potential throw it all down the drain because of a sexual addiction."

I hate American politics/political media

So, a Republican congressman was caught trying to have cybersex with an underaged teenage boy. (transcript - read it, you will feel sick knowing it's a grown man talking to a boy so sexually)

Seems pretty cut and dry, the guy is a sleezeball, the Republican party should be embarassed, (they knew about his tastes for young boys for over a year) they should get rid of him, and try to put this behind them. (Not let one bad apple spoil the rest of the bunch.

But the nerve of the RIGHT-WING Media is unbelievable, rather than letting it go, or admitting that it looks bad on Republicans....

Listen to how Sean Hannity (noted Republican mouthpiece) tries to spin it as a political tactic by the Democrats.

Listen to the audio of Limbaugh spinning it as a set-up (see audio clip on the right side of the page).

Apparently it's the Democrats' fault.

Oh by the way...Fox news ran a graphic noting that the Republican congressman (Mark Foley) is in fact a DEMOCRAT. What a joke!

If the Republicans manage to win the next election I will lose even more respect for the American political process.
