The answer to losing money...

When you are losing money playing poker - just start playing higher limits.

Believe me.

It works for blackjack, too - you start losing, start betting higher.

This was one of the all time funnest hands to play.

Maybe I should've bet more on the river....not often you have the best possible hand on the flop, turn, and river, and get called all the way:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) internettexasholdem.com

saw flop|saw showdown

UTG ($62.02)

MP ($253.95)

Button ($239.34)

Hero ($256.49)

BB ($129.65)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Ah, Kh. Hero posts a blind of $0.50.

UTG calls $1, 1 fold, Button raises to $4, Hero (poster) calls $3.50, 1 fold, UTG calls $3.

Flop: ($13) Tc, Js, Qh (3 players)

Hero bets $7, UTG calls $7, Button calls $7.

Turn: ($34) 8d (3 players)

Hero bets $25, UTG folds, Button calls $25.

River: ($84) 5s (2 players)

Hero bets $75, Button calls $75.

Final Pot: $234

Results below:

Hero has Ah Kh (straight, ace high).

Button has 9c 9s (straight, queen high).

Someone hasn't studied at all today!

Now if only I could stop playing tourneys with Frank....
