Quote of the day...

"At present, Americans are vastly more likely to die from bee stings, lightning, or accident-causing deer than by terrorism within the country."

Hahaha...accident causing deer...I lol'ed.

I'm surprised...I had no idea it was such a problem....I knew deer cause accidents...but really didn't know it was a big problem.

Still I've seen what they do to cars and there's no question it's a problem (I just thought it was rare.)

Also, in the land down under they have a similar problem, but it's more with their native deer, the roo. Basically, in many parts of the country, they say don't drive around from 6pm to 7pm as the kangaroo's come out of their shelters to attack your car. They usually stay in shelter during the day because of the heat.

Bah, in the great white north where I come from deer are one of the smaller worries.. you usually survive hittin one of those.... but you hit a moose... and then you know what havin no chance really means....

Of course everyone up there drives big ass pick-up trucks.. so that might be part of it...
